xfinity is trolling me.

Paid for my Now service at 9pm on a sunday. it is now 8:46 on a monday. why am i still unable to use my services. many agents have troubleshot my services. ive talked to many agents they all told me it was fine but on my screen im telling them it says that i am paused. im literally reading them what i see on screen and they asked me completely random questions. one asked me how the weather was. PLEASE i just want the service im paying for. one employee in particular "kaushal" connected with me and as soon as i told them my problem they disconnected on purpose. i some how got connected with them again and they did it again.. what is going on. please help me. when i connect to the service i paid for it says no internet also says paused. i told multiple agents it says paused on my screen and they completely disregard what im saying and tell me something completely irrelevant. its paused just simple unpause it i obviously cant on my end or other wise i wouldnt be here right now. the only issue i have is that its paused trying to get them to understand that had caused and brung more problems like "kaushal" being completely disrespectful and carried on to a whole new day i still cant use my services. please refund me or fix the said issue.

I want to express that NOW Internet is a different product than XFINITY Internet service, so our assistance ability is limited. One of the features or NOW Internet is the support is strictly via the XFINITY Assistant link on this page. please refund me my money. its been 4 days now and im unable to use the service i paid for. A technician came and did all they could do and referred me to call support and return the box to a store. I would love my full refund. I felt disrespected by every agent i spoke with by them disconnecting mid convo or just completely ignoring my issues and referring something completely irrelevant.. please refund the money for service i couldnt use for 3 days they made me cancel it and if im not mistaken it says if cancelled there's no refund available. i just wish and hope i wasnt scammed by a large company.

We would like to clarify that Now internet a distinctly different product from our Xfinity residential internet service and is serviced on a separate platform, our Xfinity Assistant, which means our ability to assist with your billing is extremely limited. The platform you've reached out to is primarily designed to handle support for our non-prepaid residential services.
