xfinity is trolling me.
Paid for my Now service at 9pm on a sunday. it is now 8:46 on a monday. why am i still unable to use my services. many agents have troubleshot my services. ive talked to many agents they all told me it was fine but on my screen im telling them it says that i am paused. im literally reading them what i see on screen and they asked me completely random questions. one asked me how the weather was. PLEASE i just want the service im paying for. one employee in particular "kaushal" connected with me and as soon as i told them my problem they disconnected on purpose. i some how got connected with them again and they did it again.. what is going on. please help me. when i connect to the service i paid for it says no internet also says paused. i told multiple agents it says paused on my screen and they completely disregard what im saying and tell me something completely irrelevant. its paused just simple unpause it i obviously cant on my end or other wise i wouldnt be here right now. the only issue i have is that its paused trying to get them to understand that had caused and brung more problems like "kaushal" being completely disrespectful and carried on to a whole new day i still cant use my services. please refund me or fix the said issue.
