Xfinity Earth Day Membership benefit expired before I even got the notification
My Xfinity app popped up with a notification just now, literally less than 5 minutes ago, telling me about my membership benefit of a $10 Amazon bookshelf reward. I clicked it and went to redeem but the benefit page already says it's all gone.
How do I get the benefits when I want them if they are gone before I even get to the page? Are Xfinity employees getting access to the benefits before the customers and being able to redeem them all?
I made an account on the forum just to ask this because I don't understand how they can have run out already unless they were out before I was even notified and that notification was a lie to get me to click onto the website. Underhanded behavior either way.
I really want that Amazon bookshelf $10 benefit, any chance I can be notified BEFORE they next one goes live so I can have a chance to get one?

Hello there! Thank you for creating the post and reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with our Xfinity membership program. I'm excited that our customers have this program available for the special perks and offers to give an extra thank you for being with Xfinity.
I see the $10 reward for celebrate Earth day, however it is showing sold out at this time. I'm sorry that you were not able to take advantage of this offer, some items move rather quickly when released.
For employees of Xfinity we are not eligible for the membership program. The program is only for our customers.
The notifications for the program are released at the same time to all members. We do not have an option to send those before the system generates the emails and notifications.
Are you using the Xfinity app? You may be able to enable notification for your members perks in the app. This may provide more of a real time notifications in case there are any delays in emails.

I came here for the redeem it but it was already done or expired? How is that possibly when I just got the notification? Did I do it wrong?
