xfinity connectivity for new home construction

custom home being built next to a community that already has xfinity connectivity. who can i reach out to about getting our new home connected for xfinity internet?

I've seen other posts that suggest a direct message chat option to "Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon" to get this process started but i don't see this option.

i see the "direct messaging" option now. it showed up after i made my initial post, so it looks like an option only available after someone posts for the first time.
