Good morning @user_d48e7c, and thanks for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the digital assistant, but you have come to the right place for assistance with this issue. Was there a specific reason you were using the digital assistant that maybe we can help with?

@XfinityJeff yes thank you for replying. I’m not upset with you I’m upset with the stupid chat bot. I need help because I got an xfinitywifi wow connect pass and it hasn’t expired yet but it kept buffering last night and wouldn’t connect for almost 12 hours so I don’t know what’s going on. This isn’t the first time this has happened. What is the point of spending money on a Wi-Fi pass that won’t work reliably and consistently?

@user_d48e7c We would recommend clearing cache and cookies to see if that is able to assist you with the loop you were seeing. You can also try another browser. The support for that product is strictly through the Xfinity assistant.

Ok while I have you here, the website that’s supposed to show outages in my area isn’t working either. When I click on the link, it goes to the website but the website is blank.

Have you tried clearing cache/cookies like the previous rep mentioned @user_d48e7c?

Yes and it worked, but now the Xfinity assistant is telling me to connect with the Xfinity Wi-Fi now team.
