Wireless Xfinity Box Issues

My wireless box image freezes about every 25 minutes for 30 seconds. Started to occur about 3 days ago. I checked all the connections and they are good. Ran a system restart and refresh and still is occurring. Went to Xfinity outage map and there are no issues showing. Very frustrating. Not sure what to do next?

I elevated the cable box off the ground a couple of feet and that seems to have worked. Just curious why it happened out of the blue. Anyhow thank you. 👍

@user_a7a66e Thank you for reaching out and bring this to our attention . I can understand how this is frustrating. Is your modem in an open area so that the signal is not being blocked?
