Why is it so hard to reach a live agent?
Whenever I call 1800 XFINITY I have a very hard time reaching a live agent, whether its billing or tech support. Does anyone know a direct line to reach live costumer support? I don't have any issues right now but in case I do need to speak with someone what is the best number to call and what option to choose?

@EG I don't have any concerns now and no issues, but when I did I couldn't reach live agent. So what is the best phone number to call Cause when I call 1800 XFINITY its impossible to reach live representative. Again I don't have any issues now I'm just asking for the future.

The biggest issue with making contact is that the TV screen states to go to a web page to see what the problem is. How can you do that with no Internet???? The message should be changed to call a specific number.

@EG So only those that work for Xfinity have access to my account here or other people as well? Like for example you don't work for Comcast do they still let you access my account?

No one actually answered my question on here and no way to reach a live agent either. Prices keep increasing and service exponentially getting worse.
