I definitely understand wanting to know when those faster upload speeds will reach your home, especially when nearby addresses are already seeing them. Network upgrades can be completed node by node, so availability may vary even between nearby neighborhoods or addresses. Xfinity does not currently provide an exact or estimated date for when a specific address will receive the mid-split upgrade. Once the enhanced speeds become available, customers are typically notified, and availability can also be checked through the Xfinity Plan Builder. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
