Very ticked off customer
I recently switched to Xfinity Mobile from Verizon because the representative told me that Xfinity would cover the full cost of my Verizon contract with no action needed on my end for 5 phone lines(Verizon customer for 22 years) i was calling about my xfinity cable service that wasnt working and the rep convinced me it was a great deal. Now i have also been a diamond customer with Xfinity for 16 years now in August my lines will all go up because of the 1 year mark . The thing im highly [Edited: "Language"] off about is that Verizon didn't send me a bill because I used paperless but after you disconnect your service with them it is very very difficult to log in so since i never received a final bill in the mail i assumed everything was taken care of on your end "I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THIS SO YOU ALL CAN UNDERSTAND THAT NOW I HAVE A [Edited: "Profanity"] $2200 BILL ON MY [Edited: "Profanity"] CREDIT REPORT AND IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A NEW HOME. " Someone from Xfinity better figure this out and real quick my daughter has the conversations recored wheni spoke to the rep that said my contracts and 5 phones would be taken care This along with $0 a month for a year was a very attractive offer that turned out too good to be true. I was surprised weeks later to get a bill from Verizon (~$2200 as I was told Xfinity would take care of everything. I feel like I was lied to by the Xfinity rep that sold me the mobile service. until Every time I call customer service, I'm either hung up on or transferred to the Rewards & Promotions number which is just an automated system.
