Universal free tickets
Hi, I was able to secure two Universal tickets for diamond members. It says Three park but since volcano Bay will not be open during my trip is it possible to use those tickets at epic?

Hey @user_tb4fv7, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. The Xfinity Membership benefit for the complimentary Universal Orlando Resorts tickets only includes Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay. If one of the parks are unavailable, you cannot substitute for Universal Epic Universe. We appreciate you being an Xfinity Membership Diamond member and hope you have a memorable time at the Universal Orlando Resort theme parks.

I received notice today that we were selected based on our Diamond Status to receive two FREE tickets to Universal Studios Florida, I copied and took a picture of the Universal Parks promo code, however, when I clicked on teh Visit Universal Parks hyperlink button my phone died. I have tried to go into the Universal Studios App and cannot locate where to put in the promo code. Can you please send me the direct link to validate my promo code offer. thank you in advance.

I did the same however when I redeem my tickets it only gave me the option for 1 tickets and when I went to see about a quantity there was not any way I can get the other ticket?
