unclaim / reverse free indoor camera reward claim
I would like to unclaim / reverse this reward claim today -
"Just purchased Internet? Get your free Indoor Camera!
Xfinity Indoor Camera offer"
The terms and conditions did not show up until I claimed the reward. It's not actually free as advised and I would need to keep the service for the next 2 year otherwise I would be charged. Xfinity rewards had worked fine for me so far, I could not believe even rewards claim can be such tricky. I have tried going to chat to cancel this reward, it kept looping me to rewards FAQ page. Rewards help request page keeps returning error also. I hope someone can help over here. Please help canceling this reward claim for me.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
