Unable to turn on Bridge Mode
I'm trying to turn on Xfinity Bridge mode for my Xfinity Gateway and the option is not able to be selected at http://10.0.0.1/at_a_glance.jst
There are no options for enabling bridge mode at the above URL. Any tips to be able to turn this on so I can use my own router?

I can confirm that this is an issue with my newly activated XB10; the option is simply no longer present:
The token errors present in the at_a_glance.jst file may provide insight as to why; not sure.

I was able to get it to work by doing a hard reset of the XFi Gateway XB8 and connecting directly to the gateway with my laptop via ethernet cable before connecting any other devices.

I am also experiencing the same issue with my XB7 cabled modem that no enable/disable button shown in the Bridge Mode section.
Can someone from xfinity support team confirm that doing Hard/Factory reset is a viable workaround?
I really want to hook my Orbi router back.

Hey everyone! This was a known issue when it came to the XB7 and XB8s. At this time, it appears that the fix was recently pushed out. I was also missing the bridge mode button on my XB8, but when I log into the modem's Admin page, I see it has returned. Please let us know if it's the same for you as well.

Can confirm that this is fixed after performing factory reset (XB10). Thanks!

I have the same issue but i was reading that if i have the Bridge enabled, then i am not able to use the current Wi-Fi extenders i have. Is that correct? I work from home and it is creating so many issued with my work phone. I can be on calls and it automatically drops. There has to be a way to fix this without interrupting other services.

It is set up now that you don’t have to set your modem on bridge mode anymore if you have your own router. You let Xfinity know that have your own router and you just plug it in to your 2.5 GB port. Xfinity will set it up for you. You will have dual WiFi but my Deco BE14000 67 works great since it was set up this way. I have WiFi 7 now while using my XB8, but I am upgrading to XB10 when it becomes available in my area.
