Unable to get to my rewards page and cannot redeem any rewards.

Nuff said, every time I try to explore my membership benefits I get a blank page with 'A rendering error occurred: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'fields')' at the top of it. I wasn't able to claim 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice' when it was part of the movie give away and its currently the 19th of Oct. I cannot call anybody about this because there is literally nobody that can handle this.
