Unable to Add Unlimited Data to my current plan

"Unlimited Data option Temporarily Unavailable" - The only thing the automated tool will allow is 10$ upgrade fee to 1200 Mbps.

My current plan is the gigabit plan. does the 1200 Mbps include unlimited data?

Also I am approaching 1 hour on hold.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:



  • Click "Sign In" if necessary





  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon



  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there



  •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list



  •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line



  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window



  • Press Enter to send it

They finally replied to me after 57 minutes. 

You can mark this as closed... But Xfinity should fix this, since it is affecting many of its customers.
