Two packages received, addressed to unrecognizable names

-Two packages were shipped to my Parents home,  Unrecognizable names (unopened but would seem to be Modem equipment)

-Xfinity phone support confirmed that they both had incorrect addresses and gave me another xfinity number to call about how to proceed

-Unsuccessful with phone support, seemingly not overly concerned or knowledgeable, or not connecting with correct team etc.

-I am not overly concerned from my own or my parents account perspectives, but for Xfinity (I know that they would want the new equipment returned). I have no local Xfinity or UPS store.

-I will give more detailed information as required to resolve,   Thank You

Hey there user_6f2lt8, thanks for reaching out through our community forums! Sorry that your parents received someone else's equipment. Was the address on the package different from theirs as well or did it have their address with a different name?

@user_6f2lt8, we appreciate your concern. Do you happen to know which service delivered the package?

2 separate deliveries, 2 different names (2 packages total): 1. FedEx,  2. "Penske" courier (FedEx label)

@user_6f2lt8, that makes sense considering there is not a local UPS. You could always return to sender via FedEx or your local postal service. Does that sound like an alright plan?

(I do have a UPS package drop-off center and often still get UPS deliveries).  I was referring to the UPS-store for Xfinity returns which is not local).

I would like Xfinity to coordinate a pickup or send me labels.  I had called Fed-EX and they told me since they (correctly) delivered to the address on the label,  that it is not their issue.   I don't know how to send or return a package without incurring the cost.
