trying to return device that is not listed

I removed my basic cable service but am getting charged for the TV adaptor. When I attempted to initiate a return for it, it takes me to a screen where the device is not listed. How do I get a UPS return label so I can send this back and no longer be charged for it.

Hey @STMR, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the InActive/Unreturned Equipment Charges. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Please refrain from sending unsolicited Direct Messages as it is a violation of our Xfinity Forums Guidelines

We provide a variety of quick and convenient ways to return the equipment. You can visit a local Xfinity Store, local UPS Store (Package and Ship for no cost), or print a return label from our Digital Return Center online. If you are not seeing the equipment listed as an option within the return center web portal, you would need to visit a local Xfinity Store or UPS Store.

If you visit a UPS Store, they will process everything and package/ship the product back. They will even provide you with a return receipt for your records. You can find out more information by visiting our 'How to return your Xfinity equipment' support page for directions, locations, hours, and more.

Once the equipment has been returned to the Xfinity Store or warehouse, you should be able to use our awesome Xfinity App to view the account, billing, and services. Prorated charges will appear on the next service bill and you will see the listed equipment removed.

That is the great part @STMR, you do not need a label when visiting a local UPS Store. They will scan the equipment and do everything else for you such as shipping, packaging, and providing a return receipt. It's our way of allowing easy and quick equipment returns without all the hassle of needing to print a label, package the equipment, finding a drop-off location, and more.
