There doesn't seem to be a way to contact customer support anymore
I go to https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us , and the options don't seem to connect to a Comcast rep from the site. The only options are "Chat with Xfinity" (which just opens Xfinity Assistant which is a useless bot that either doesn't understand the issue I'm looking for or doesn't provide a usable answer), Find an Xfinity Location, Status Center, social media like Facebook Messenger or Twitter or Reddit (which I'm not gonna use for this), or this forum.
I used to be able to click a button to email or chat with a customer service rep to get something fixed. Now I'm here.
I know I can message a specific rep if I know their name, but I don't know when they're available.
So is rep chat just gone? No way to send an email to support? I just have to post to the forum or talk to a bot or use my social media accounts or post publicly elsewhere? This seems really inefficient.

Most agents can no longer be reached this way since the Forum moved to a new host back in March, and as before, Guidelines and AUP prohibit unsolicited messages. See https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/xfinity-forum-acceptable-use-policy/602d9c64c5375f08cd574236 and https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/xfinity-forum-guidelines/602da8fdc5375f08cd20b38c.
You can call their Customer Service at 1-800-Xfinity (1-800-934-6489) or 1-800-Comcast (1-800-266-2278), or request a callback at https://www.xfinity.com/support/schedule-callback/. To have the chatbot connect you to an agent, type "agent" a time or two.
They discontinued email support several years ago.
