Agreed: $40 promo + $10 auto-pay = $30/mo
Charged: $41.32/mo → $11.32 overcharge x 2+ months
Support promised refund → NEVER received.
REQUIRE:
1. Cancel to[Edited: "Personal Information"] NOW
2. Refund ALL overcharges (min $22.64) in 10 days
3. Send proof
Or: CPUC + AG + Small Claims.
