Temporary Moving apartments for renovation

Hi I'm currently being told that my apartment complex is doing renovations and I'm moving into another temporary apartment for 2-4 weeks in the complex how do I go about getting Wi-Fi  over to the temporary apartment while I'm there and then back again when I return home

Thanks for being a customer and reaching out, user_sdve0a! That's a tough one. Theoretically we could do a transfer of service to the temporary location and then transfer back to your old place. The only issue would be transferring to the old place rates may be different. So there is a good chance you may lose your plan price transferring from your old place to the temporary and back to your permanent residence.

And we're not able to keep my promotion discount that is set to end in 2024? and also I have that 30 connectivity grant well I lose that too? It is literally the same apartment complex just a different apartment and I can't just bring the thing next door and plug it in?

Great questions. When we do a move/transfer, it starts a new account, so we can not guarantee that the existing offer will be present, and you may need to reapply for the ACP grant.
