 You can reach a live phone agent by contacting 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489). There is not a specific extension that is used. Are you a prepaid NOW services customer or post paid Xfinity?

Hellllloooooooo can you read this and provide a direct call number to speak to someone that can provide direct details on why again the network is down post 'upgrades' and maintenance. I am willing to get my tool bag and keyboard to assist.
