Stolen/Missing Package Help?
Hello! I ordered a starter package with equipment like a router etc last week and it says it was delivered on Friday 7/27/25, however I never received it. I placed a claim with FedEx and didn't hear back from them (I've had packages and food stolen off my porch before) and was wondering what else I should do? Would it be possible for a replacement to be sent? And if so, are there pick up locations I could go to instead to avoid porch pirates? Thank you so much!

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Place the claim with Fedex was the first step and it will open a ticket for the claim. Equipment can be picked up at a local store in the area so you do not have to wait for delivery or the potential to have it walk away again. Do you know where the closest store is located?
