For XfinityFrank --

Per our previous thread, I added the individual to my address book and asked her to send me a test email.  She did so, and it ended up in the spam folder again.  What else should I try?  Is it a matter of waiting for the server to update somehow?

@SBCat, it is usually not an instantaneous process. It will take some time for the server to adapt to the request if valid. This is also assuming there is no activity coming from the domain, IP or address that is flagged. If you don't see a change within 60 days, I would have the person verify with their domain that there are no known issues and include the information here : https://spa.xfinity.com/help/postmaster?faq=avoid-blocks-ipv4 and if everything is in order, submit a request for the issue to be looked into further here : https://spa.xfinity.com/report.
