Spam and report phishing

I'd like to know how your "spam and report phishing" option can be so bad??? No matter how many times I tag emails as spam you keep sending them to my inbox while sending actual emails from family and friends to spam.

Hey there, @Mike840, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your spam filters. I understand how annoying spam messages can be. Here is a link to the spam filter options: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience. Have you tried setting these up?

Yes, I have been using every spam blocking tool you offer since my email address was @home.com. Your spam filtering does NOT work. I continually get Paypal and social security spams in addition to others in my inbox while emails from, family, friends and customers end up in my spam folder. Like I said, I have had this email since the @home days, but it is time to mover everything to gmail. Xfinity continues to fail.

I hear the frustration and understand, we apologize there is no other options available other than adjusting the settings on the spam filtering. You can also report any spam or phishing attempts through https://spa.xfinity.com/help/email-abuse?faq=spam-email.

@skeg_corvette​ , Unfortunately mine serves those same emails right into my inbox while actual emails from family, friends & clients end up in my spam folder. Extremely frustrated and disappointed in Xfinity.
