Rewards Status information useless

 I was told at the Xfinity store in Bolingbrook, IL that have over $300 worth of rewards available. They said I could even buy an Apple watch. No one in your support team has been able to tell me what I have, or how to find out. I tried with your "Reward Finder" and all I got was something from 2021? I have no idea how many points or what I can do with them.

.@Don.P If eligible for Xfinity Rewards, you can sign in using your Primary Xfinity ID and view your available Xfinity Reward options. You can join and view your Xfinity Rewards by visiting the Xfinity Rewards Enrollment link provided above.

Does https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/reward-center-program help?

Were you able to enroll in the rewards program at the https://www.xfinity.com/Rewards site? If not send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. 

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

I received a welcome email that I was enrolled. when I mentioned I spoke to the customer assistant, they said they took care of it and they had to "request a refund??" for my points to appear. I have no idea why that was a resolution, but they insisted. This was done over your chat window.
