Rewards Amazon Issue

Keep getting “there was an error in accepting this invitation” when trying to redeem the code from today’s Amazon bookshelf. Tried this morning pretty much as soon as it dropped, and again just now same error even on another device.

Hello @Carsoned98 and thanks for sharing your experience with us on our Xfinity Community forums.  

When you tried to make the redemption of the code, was it by clicking the link from the Xfinity Membership page in the app, or did you attempt to enter the code manually on the Amazon landing page for redemption?

Sometimes copy/pasted codes can have extra characters in them (i.e. spaces/hidden characters) depending on the method used.

@XfinityCliff​ it auto filled the code from the membership page, no extra spaces were included. It allows me to log into my account as normal to confirm my account getting the credit, then when that resolves I get the red error message saying there was a problem accepting the invitation. I’ve tried several times, even on an additional device. 
I also copy pasted the Amazon bookshelf link into my browser, and then both manually put the code in AND tried just copy pasting it as well. None of these methods worked.
