Refund Debit card expired without me using it.

Hi Xfinity Support Team,

I recently discovered that the refund debit card issued to me has expired before I had the chance to use it.
The card expired in October 2025. Could you please help me request a replacement card or reissue the refund in another form? I would really appreciate your assistance in resolving this.

Thank you

Good morning @sam2004, and thank you for posting your issue to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear that you never got a chance to use the prepaid card before it expired, but you have reached the right team that can take a look at this for you and see what can be done. I see you already sent us a private message, so we will continue there.
