Hello @user_ded2b4!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum.  We are so glad to hear from you and are happy to assist in addressing your concerns with your ACP benefit enrollment.  You have reached out to the right team, and we are going to get things squared away for you.  When enrolled in the ACP, you're required to go through an annual recertification process to evaluate your continued eligibility.  Did you receive any notification that you completed the recertification process?

That is odd @user_ded2b4.  Did you receive any email or letter from Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) the FCC's administrator of the ACP?   If you receive a letter from USAC, you must take action within 60 days to keep your ACP benefit. Your deadline and steps to recertify will be included in the letter from USAC. If you don't recertify, you'll be de-enrolled from the program and your ACP benefit will be removed.

USAC generally provides three ways to recertify your continued eligibility for the ACP (phone (877) 384-2470, online https://getinternet.gov/apply?acpr=true&awsl=link-from-recertify&id=nv_flow&ln=RW5nbGlzaA%3D%3D & mail - ACP Support Center, PO Box 9100, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18773) . The quickest way to recertify is online.

To recertify online:

  1. Visit https://getinternet.gov/apply?acpr=true&awsl=link-from-recertify&id=nv_flow&ln=RW5nbGlzaA%3D%3D.
  2. Click RECERTIFY.
  3. Access your recertification information by entering your:
    • Name.
    • Date of birth.
    • Identity information.
      • E.g., Social Security number (SSN) or other government identification.
  4. Pick your qualification for the program from the options listed.
  5. Sign and date the form.
  6. Upload additional documentation for qualification if asked.

For additional options to recertify or for more help with recertification, visit https://www.affordableconnectivity.gov/manage-my-benefit/recertify/ or contact USAC's ACP Support Center by emailing ACPSupport@usac.org or calling 877-384-2575.

FWIW, Comcast/Xfinity does not participate in Lifeline, hence why you're told here to you need to go to USAC to recertifiy.

I think I  participate now in ACP PROGRAM thru LIFELINE and try to make recertification. Really I did it but problem is how to give this information to xINFINITY. Robots that occupied all phones don't understand my English.
