Questions about Xfinity rewards and Peacock Premium

Hi, I wasn't sure what category this goes under, but I have a question/problem. I recently signed up for Xfinity rewards, and it's under platinum. When I clicked on the link to get started, it had a link to get Peacock Premium for no extra cost. I was interested, so I clicked on the link to accept. It said I was going to get an email to finish the setup process. I never got the email. It said two hours, but it's been over two hours. How do I finish the setup process? Please give me a link. Thanks for any help.

Hey @kissfreak1975-, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. I am glad to hear that you are taking advantage of the Xfinity Rewards! You are correct, as an Xfinity Rewards Platinum member, you do receive a complimentary Peacock Premium streaming subscription. I am sorry to hear you may not have received the email. Have you checked the Spam/Promotional folder to see if it may have been redirected on accident?

 

In any case, can you please visit https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions, sign in with your Primary Xfinity ID, and see if you can view an "Activate" button for Peacock Premium and try to enroll? Please let me know if you experience any issues.

Thanks for responding. I did follow all the links, and I did get set up for Peacock Premium, even though I did get a few links to pick a plan, but I bypassed them and got set up. So, just to clarify, this isn't going to cost any extra money? I ask because we already pay over 200 for cable. The account stated billed by Xfinity. Please just let me know to make sure. It almost sounds too good to be true. Thanks for your time.

Happy to hear you were able to get set up! When you go to the billing details on your Peacock account, are you showing you are being billed through Xfinity?

Hi. The account section of Peacock states under the words your plan Premium in big letters and billed by Xfinity next to it. Is it not supposed to say that? I just hope I didn't set it up wrong. Please advise.
