Property damage claim

I'm trying to get in contact with someone to assist with a property damage claim. I've tried contacting Xfinity on numerous occasions. My yard was damaged when Xfinity sent construction to install a new internet line.

Hello @user_fnd8s9, and thanks for sharing your experience with us on the Xfinity Community forums.

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially if you've now been told by multiple tree companies that the damage may impact the health of the tree long term.

Have you already received any assistance or guidance regarding this damage concern and has a damage claim has already been filed or reviewed?  If you have not, and you would like us to look into this, please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and service address.  Once we have the account verified, we can review options available for us to assist.
