Price increase right after major data breach? How does that make sense?
So Xfinity has a major data breach in October but waits until now to inform me, and then can’t even tell me what personal data was impacted.
Then in the same session they inform me that there’s a price increase coming right up. And my service is a fraction of what I pay for. No explanation for the increase. And my service reliability is terrible.
StarLink is beginning to look good. Xfinity needs to up their game. They misstepped at every turn.

Why doesn't Xfinity remove the charge for autopay if it can't keep our data safe? Seems to me we're basically paying $10 a month for our private information to be handed over to the hackers. What an awful company!
