Received virtual $180 prepaid master card and have tried to use it several times but it always declined

user_l0h4fq Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear the Master Card is not working. Are you getting a specific error message when you try to use the card?

Yes. Bank declined, invalid card number, can not process.

I am as able to use the card at the vendor I was having trouble with and another vendor.

Same here. I got the card ok but when I tried to use it to buy a gift card for Bonefish Grill it declined. I tried $100. Now my balance says $80. Where did the $100 go?

user_1y7kwb That is never fun thank you for letting us know. When purchasing with your gift card make sure the vendor aceptcs Master card and we recommend using the card for purchases that can be covered by the full balance of the card. Split payments can be an issue. You can check your balance and transaction history for your card here: If there is a transition the was not successful showing you may need to contract the Vendor.

Having issues with this too. I just activated my card today, and tried it at 2 different merchants both around $175-$178. 1st merchant, declined twice. 2nd merchant, declined. What's going on?

from all the complaints about the cards usability one might assume this card is an xfinity scam.

I also get rejections with this card.

user_fbgt2e Nope, not a scam just a digital Master card. Since the card is not a physical card some sellers may not be able to accept it as a payment option. You can also request a physical card if you would like for a small fee using the number that came in the email with your card information.

Is there anyone who can help with an issue or is this a scam.

I have been trying for a few months to get the answer with no luck.

@user_2377d4​ what worked for me was adding the prepaid card to Paypal and using it through there!
