Prepaid master card

Received virtual $180 prepaid master card and have tried to use it several times but it always declined

user_l0h4fq Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear the Master Card is not working. Are you getting a specific error message when you try to use the card?

Yes. Bank declined, invalid card number, can not process.

I am as able to use the card at the vendor I was having trouble with and another vendor.

Same here. I got the card ok but when I tried to use it to buy a gift card for Bonefish Grill it declined. I tried $100. Now my balance says $80. Where did the $100 go?

user_1y7kwb That is never fun thank you for letting us know. When purchasing with your gift card make sure the vendor aceptcs Master card and we recommend using the card for purchases that can be covered by the full balance of the card. Split payments can be an issue. You can check your balance and transaction history for your card here: If there is a transition the was not successful showing you may need to contract the Vendor.

Having issues with this too. I just activated my card today, and tried it at 2 different merchants both around $175-$178. 1st merchant, declined twice. 2nd merchant, declined. What's going on?

user_18ze0u I would be reaching out if I were in your shoes too. Please contact our specialist at 1-833-269-9036 Monday - Friday from 7am - 7pm CST. They have the proper training for the cards in question. If you like you can use this link to send a message to them.
