I can't seem to get in touch with a customer service representative for anything,  I've tried here and multiple different phone numbers.  I NEED TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE.  [Edited: "Personal Information"]

@XfinityJustinM​ I apologize I don't know anything about this, I just found it while searching.  I need help with my account and service,  I need to speak with somebody,  what would be the beat way for me to do so? Thank you for your help and time

No worries @user_w4dsas, it happens all the time. If you don't mind working over direct message our team is a corporate headquarters escalation team. You are welcome to now send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 😃

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
 Click "Sign In" if necessary
 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it.

I just tried to call that number you gave and it's just a bot that was not helpful at all, I NEED to actually speak with somebody,  I have a difficult time and need extra help
