To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

NBC Sports Bay Area (NBSBA) is available with Xfinity's Ultimate TV package. As of January 14, 2025, NBC Sports Bay Area and NBC Sports California moved from the Popular TV level of service to the Ultimate TV package.

In the future, we kindly ask that you post your questions on the most appropriate public board. If needed, we may invite you to send us a Direct Message to ensure you receive proper assistance while following our community guidelines.

That said, we can still help you look for this upgrade option. Please send us your full name and complete address in a direct message.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
