I have little colored blocks and buzzing on my TV almost 2 weeks. I was last told they are working on updates and it will get better. It hasn't,mostly every channel is cubed and buzzing. Then it works in evening for a few hrs till the cubes come back. I need the TV on.  Are they going to fix.  I'm ready to finally leave Xfinity if they can't help ,esp. with the high price for just basic I have.

The pixelation (“cubes”) and buzzing you’re seeing usually point to a signal issue, and since it’s been happening almost daily for two weeks, it’s clear this hasn’t been resolved yet. Our team would be happy ot look into this for you.
