Phone stolen out of package
Currently been waiting for 3 weeks for a resolution for this issue. picked up the package FROM FedEx and no devices were inside. immediately called Xfinity support to report said i needed to get a police report which was done while still in the fedex parking lot and submitted. now support is saying i need to file a claim with FedEx which i cannot do as i am not the shipper. have been a long time customer of Xfinity but this is making me want to cancel everything with them. tired of the run around.
