It's June 26th, and I don't see the reward for free Peacock premium and I'm a platinum tier. I see other's on here with the same issue, please advise.

That's the same thing I'm trying to do.  I am a Diamond level customer and I had it on my calendar today (June 26) to get Peacock Premium free and it's not one of the offered rewards.  How can Xfinity put out an email like that and not follow through on the proper date?

I agree. It's frustrating. I called and their hold time is 1 - 2 hours! I'm a Diamond level customer too and nope, there's no reward listed for Peacock. Typical Xfinity/Comcast nonsense.

Hey, @user_af8658! There's a known issue affecting the Diamond and Platinum Xfinity Rewards members trying to redeem the Peacock reward. We are aware of it and working towards a resolution. We'd be happy to reach back here once we have more information. Would that be okay?

This gets better and better. (NOT!) The reward finally showed up. It says I claimed it and that it's not available to me at this time. What are you people doing?

Thanks for the update, @user_af8658! The rewards are linked to your Xfinity ID. If you claimed it, it should allow you access. Have you tried signing out of your Peacock account and logging in again with your Xfinity ID? Let me know if that helps.

If you look at the graphic I posted, it says this reward is not available to me at this time. No email arrived with instructions either. Peacock doesn't accept my Xfinity login. It tells me it's not a valid login.

My email stated I could get peacock premium for $2.99 a month on Xfinity starting on June 26- Aug. 23.  How do I sign up for this offer?

Okay went to rewards page to click on link for peacock premium Reward. Clicked it nothing happened. Tried going back to rewards page again it says offer not available.  Went to peacock  app on TV logged in & it shows u have to pay 4.99 & went into my account on peacock & it says I am not subscribed? Grannie 25

As a huge fan of the shows on this app, I understand how important it is to get Peacock Premium at $2.99 a month. I will certainly do everything within my power to rectify this experience. What type of device do you use to watch Peacock? If you’re using the Peacock app on a third-party device, you’ll see a message that Peacock Premium is no longer included at no additional cost with your Xfinity service. You can manage your plan and, if eligible, resubscribe to Peacock Premium through a limited-time offer by visiting peacocktv.com or through your TV Box.

I received an email as well saying that I am a Xfinity Diamond member and can continue to receive Peacock at no cost.  However when I try and activate the reward, it says that it is not available.  I don't understand.  Please help.

@garryreeves​ The roll out of this has been horrendous. Xfinity ought to be embarrassed. I've been with them for 23 years. It's been so confusing, nonsensical and not functional. They sent me an email about the Peacock change on 06/07. They provided a link to claim the reward for 2 years free Peacock, which didn't work. 

The reward finally showed up in my Rewards account, promising an email for instructions on how to apply it. The email never arrived. They had plenty of time to prepare for this. They knew it was coming. Their on-hold was time was 1 -2 hours. I pay them more than $300 for phone, Internet and cable. I'm reconsidering at this point. I think there are more economical services out there.
