Paramount Plus Error Message 3205

Getting this error when trying to watch a show in Paramount plus. It buffers and then gives us this error. Account is under [Edited: "Personal Information"]

According to Paramount, that error code 3205 is typically a streaming or app-related issue, often indicating a problem with your internet connection, outdated app/browser, or unsupported device settings. To resolve it, try restarting your device and router, updating the app and device firmware, ensuring a stable internet connection, and clearing the app's cache. Double-check the cables to make sure they are not loose or damaged. Checking the condition of HDMI cables and swapping them may help as well.

I am getting the same error, how do I update the Paramont+ app?  I did all the other steps.
