Package Delayed

I recently switched to xfinity mobile, mailed the package with my trade in phone but usps delivery was delayed. and my payments will start in a few days. please help

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good morning @quenz16, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. Thank you @EG for moving the post so that we would be able to respond. I am sorry to hear that the trade in for the phone you purchased has yet to be delivered yet, I upgraded to the newest iPhone a few months back and had a similar issue, so I know how stressful it can be. Once the trade in is received, any credits on the account will be applied towards previous phone payments so even if it isn't done on the first bill after the upgrade, those credits will be applied retroactively. How long ago did you send in the phone?
