Outage credit

My Xfinity Internet has been down for two hours. I work from home, so this is a big hit to my work day. I requested a credit and received a message saying I'd reached my limit.... What is the limit? I see on my billing that I received a $10 credit on May 13, but that's it.

Thanks, I've already made the request and received a message saying I'd reached my limit on credits. What is the limit? I received $10 credit on May 13, but that's it.

user_6gvjw3 Did you apply for the credit via the app? If so, give this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/account-management/credits/outage/details?client_id=helpandsupport&continue=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.xfinity.com%2Fsupport%2Fstatus a try and try requesting it that way. If you still have issues, let us know, and we will look into it further.
