No internet or tv

Xfinity contractor was here today to install conduit at the street.  In doing so they knocked out service to my neighbors at [Edited: Personal Information].  Need to expedite a service call immediately to restore my neighbors Xfinity service

Please review our Community Guidelines. In regard to your neighbors, are you able to help them reach out to us here as you did? That would be amazing if so - it'll allow us to authenticate their account and send a technician directly to their address.

Sorry about violating the community guidelines. I was just trying to help out to correct an issue caused by Xfinity contractors. Maybe since you have the information you can check on your end to see if there services are working.  If they are not perhaps Xfinity can be proactive and start working to fix the issue

No worries, @user_675df2 ! The world could certainly use more neighbors as kind as you.
