New Modem, phone line doesn't work

I am just posting this question so that I can direct message and hopefully get help.  We had a new modem installed last week, now one of our two phone lines is not working.

Hi there @jakmcn!  Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support!  We are so glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can in getting things with your phone line ironed out.  What seems to be the issue?  Are you not receiving any calls?  Are you unable to make calls?

Hi- The office phone line is always lit up and there is no dial tone. When calling the office number, it goes straight to voicemail.  But it does not actually record a voicemail message.  I cannot call out on that number.
