If you are currently being billed through Xfinity for Netflix, you can quickly and easily change your plan by visiting xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and/or netflix.com/changeplan. Depending on the billing cycle for the Netflix subscription, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the charges to be removed. Could you please give this a try and let us know if you run into any issues?
