Hey @user_d41730, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. If you are currently being billed through Xfinity for Netflix, you can quickly and easily change your plan by visiting xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and/or netflix.com/changeplan. Depending on the billing cycle for the Netflix subscription, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the charges to be removed. Could you please give this a try and let us know if you run into any issues?

Just purchased the bundle and do not know how to activate my included apps?  Currently have netflix and need to switch to the included netflix….?
