Need to chat with a live person
I got text messages stating my unused e-mail account is about to be closed, however, I set up forwarding from that e-mail account to a primary account so I do not have to sign into it. Now I need to talk to a live person to make sure the e-mail address isn't closed. I tried going through the AI Assistant but it won't send me to a live person again. I was able to make it through once, got a case number and was told by an agent I would be able to access that account a few hours later. I still cannot, and I can't get the AI Assistant to send me to another live person.
