Need to chat with a live person
I got text messages stating my unused e-mail account is about to be closed, however, I set up forwarding from that e-mail account to a primary account so I do not have to sign into it. Now I need to talk to a live person to make sure the e-mail address isn't closed. I tried going through the AI Assistant but it won't send me to a live person again. I was able to make it through once, got a case number and was told by an agent I would be able to access that account a few hours later. I still cannot, and I can't get the AI Assistant to send me to another live person.

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. As a first step with your Xfinity Email and ID in question, I would recommend signing in to your Xfinity account. Logging in, you can go into your email through the web portal to ensure the Inbox is still open and that the account is still active. Once you have confirmed access to the account, you can then also use our 'View your Xfinity Email account status' support page to verify the status of the account. Verifying the status does not keep the account active, so sign in will be required. Please go through these steps and let us know if you need any further assistance.
