Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support @user_88f9a3!  We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can to ensure you are having the best experience with your service.  What seems to be the issue with the remote?

My remote control is not connecting to my TV. The lights work the remote works. I've done the virtual assistant several times for several days and it's not working. I need to speak to someone on the phone to walk me through some steps. When I call it won't let me get through to a person so aggravating!

user_qku78u Most issues with remotes like this are linked to low batteries. You can check the battery level by saying battery level into the remote or Press the Xfinity button on the remote.

Select Settings (Gear icon).
Click on Remote Settings to view the battery level.

If the batteries are not the issue let me know.

I have remote control problems also and can't get an agent. I just tested my batteries based on how you explained above and I'm at 100%. Who can I talk to to discuss fixing my remote?
