My peacock was deactivated

I was told when signing up and activated i would have peacock for 36 months free of charge. It is now telling me

i dont have access to it and i need to pay. Ive only been signed up since march.

What error code/message is being received when attempting to log in to your personal Peacock account? Are you met with a screen to pick a subscription plan @user_g4ofdm?
