My email folders are missing

I cant see my email folders that I created. They were there this morning, now gone. Toggling the folder header does not help. They are nowhere to be found. Help.

Hello @user_f2bc88 thank you for letting us know that you are running into issues with your email folders. We definitley want to ensure this is addressed for you! What website or app are you using to access your Xfinity email? Have you tried to sign out of your account and sign back in to see if there is any change?

What is weird is I can create a new folder and a window pops up showing my "recent" folders (the ones missing now), but I can't access them nor do they show under my folders now.  Also, I can move inbox messages to these folders still, but can't find the actual folders after moving an inbox email. Please help. I have a lot of very important emails in these folders I created long ago.

I appreciate those details! I understand having those important emails in those folders and wanting to ensure you can access them! Are you using the app on your Samsung device? If so, have you tried removing the app and downloading it again to see if that helps? Also, sign out of the app or website and then back in to see if that helps.

I just removed the app, then reinstalled my xfinity email account and none of my folders are showing up.
