Moved service to a new location and I lost access to Peacock Premium.

Moved service to a new location and I lost access to Peacock Premium. I have a new offer to activate Peacock, but when I do it says "Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account," but I have only used the one Peacock account.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
