Military Incentive Not Received. Called and didn't receive help

I have been trying to get in contact with Xfinity to see the status of my incentive. I was told I would get a $180 gift card for signing up with a military member in my household and did all the verifications. This was in June. I have checked the incentive tracker multiple times and haven't gotten a response. When I called the incentive line, they said that it has been fulfilled even though I never received the gift card. I was then transferred to another number to get the card reissued, but they said that the card was still "In progress" and gave me another phone number. This has been incredibly frustrating and I have spent lots of time holding and waiting to speak to someone.

The military service benefits that we offer were drastically improved last year, and the initial offerings were slightly different at the time, and the $180 gift card offering in particular expired on November 21, 2024, as you mentioned. We would be unable to provide this offering to you, but there are still plenty of other benefits that could be of great use to you! I was told when signing up that since I have a member in my household who is in the military, we would get a $180 gift card. This was a big decision making factor for going with Xfinity. It has been 4 months and when I called, they said that it has been "fulfilled" even though it hasn't. I reached out to support and was told that the gift card offer was no longer available as of November 2024, even though the representative told me in July 2025 that it was. Xfinity is a scam and will not take accountability for their actions.
