Military Gift Card Not Received. Xfinity is not helping

I was told when signing up that since I have a member in my household who is in the military, we would get a $180 gift card. This was a big decision making factor for going with Xfinity. It has been 4 months and when I called, they said that it has been "fulfilled" even though it hasn't. I reached out to support and was told that the gift card offer was no longer available as of November 2024, even though the representative told me in July 2025 that it was. Xfinity is a scam and will not take accountability for their actions.
