MANY LINES DOWN IN MY YARD

I’ve called so many times can’t speak to a person. Stupid automated system thinks I’m calling about the outage. They text me a “status” link then disconnects my call. I chat with these people and get some offshore rep who doesn’t understand anything I’m explaining. Get a text they opened a ticket then get another text saying they closed the ticket. I drive to an xfinity store with the hopes that somebody there can help me get a technician on the phone to come fix these wires in my yard and they tell me “oh, sorry you gotta go to a corporate store We can’t help you.” So here I am sitting with literally 4-5 wires down in my yard wrapped around trees, and I cannot get one [Edited: Language] person to help me

Hi @user_kvrdu8,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Forums support page. I understand you're concerned about a cable drop on the ground. That can be a safety hazard and disrupt service, so it's important to address it promptly. While I can't physically investigate myself, I'm happy to help you get to the bottom of it!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code)? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message":

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

Well let’s see my Internet went out on Sunday, February 4, a tree fell in my backyard and pulled down Xfinity lines laying across my backyard and my fence. It is now Tuesday, February 6. I still have no Internet and I still have Xfinity lines that need to be fixed in my backyard I went out there yesterday and moved the tree and picked the lines up off the ground but there’s still nothing from Xfinity. Nothing but broken empty promises about internets gonna be fixed, three days ago, and they will be out to fix the down wires. I work from home and am missing work because they can’t get their shit together to get the Internet working
