@user_5kgzui Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be inconvenient. Thank you for understanding. For more information, you can visit xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

If you don't get agreement you guys are at fault for not getting it done and millions of people will cancel there Xfinity does the  CEO of Xfinity realize that???? Also we as customers realize that the prize may go up the best thing to do is make NFL network & redzone channels be a package price by itself to make it cost worthy for customers???????

If you don't get NFL Network and Red Zone back on by the end of July, I'm cancelling my cable.  I've been a customer for almost 30 years, and am SO FRUSTRATED that my cable rates keep going up, and my channel line up goes down.  I also can't even watch my local baseball team (Colorado Rockies) unless I spend another $20 a month. I call [EDITED: Language]!!  Again, if NFL Network is not brought back on, you'll be losing my $290 per month!  Get it figured out, NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@user_skbocg, we appreciate your loyalty and feedback. We understand that this content is important to many of our valued customers, however, we have no news on any update with the negotiations for these channels to be offered at this time, I'm afraid.

Just another customer chiming in here that I will be switching to some other provider if the NFL Network is not restored within 30 days. My bill keeps increasing and you are not offering a refund for service promised (NFL Network is still on my channel lineup) and not delivered.

Very unhappy.

I pay over $300/month and to lose this access is horrible.  In addition, I’m finding that Peacock has also limited the number of Premier League replays available. So my subscription costs have increased about 30% or more over the last few years and it feels like I’m getting less for my money.

I guess it’s time to look for other providers.

season is about to begin. Who cares about Disney channel and all that mess. We only want NFL network and Red Zone that we've been paying for for years. As many comments remind us, no discount offered by Xfinity for cutting back on services. You talk about concern for "good deal for our customers," but if that was true when you drop content we've already paid for you need to drop the monthly rate as well. Stop with the excuses already and just get it done.
